How we're governed
Goldsmiths SU is a charitable incorporated organisation, registered with the Charities Commission; our charity number is 1194727.
As a registered charity, we are governed by a board of trustees and a constitution.

Our board brings together student representatives with external trustees from outside the Goldsmiths academic and social community, who bring their own expertise and experience.
The board has a student majority, and is chaired by one of our full-time officers, ensuring student leadership at all levels of the SU.
