The Welcome Desk Team Members are responsible for providing student-focused, welcoming and efficient service. We are looking for confident, creative problem solvers who are ready to take on a fast paced role and gain experience in administration and customer service. You will work alongside full-time and part-time staff as well as Student Union Officers. Your role will be to welcome visitors into the Students' Union, support the union with admin, internal communications and messages, as well as support for key events throughout the year, such as Welcome Week, Varsity and Elections.

Non-Student Staff Roles
This role is crucial in helping our organisation work. Because of what you will do, we will have great recruitment processes, a solid HR foundation and administrative support to our leadership team. You will need to have a record in delivering high level administrative support such as diary and appointment coordination as well as experience of organising and clerking papers.
You should have experience of human resources work, such as organising CPD and running payroll, as well as managing key organisational administrative processes.
This role is permanent.
