Postgraduate Research (PGR) Rep Assistant

Join our Representation Team and support fellow PGR students in their roles as Reps, facilitating communications between them and the SU, devising a schedule of activity for researchers, and providing briefings in key educational issues. Applicants must be PGR students during the 2018/18 academic year.

Non-Student Staff Roles

 

Finance Administrator

We are seeking a part-time Finance Administrator to help in all areas of finance including; Credit Control, Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger. The post-holder will be required to work 22.5 hours (equal to 3 days) per week.

You will have at least one year's equivalent experience, experience of Sage 50, a good level of competence of Microsoft Excel with a general understanding of how to work within systems and processes.

Academic Representation Coordinator

You will oversee our Student Representatives, ensuring they are recruited, trained and supported throughout the year to be effective and impactful voices in their departments. Your work will build on our sector leading student-led research, supporting students to deliver research projects on the issues that matter to them at Goldsmiths. This role is initially a 10 month contract.

Communications Coordinator

We’re looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and motivated person to deliver multichannel communications by creating engaging content for our diverse student audiences. The post holder will be responsible for supporting all of our student-facing communications activities, leading on our aim to be helpful, responsive and relevant to students’ lives.

BME Student Experience Project Coordinator

We’re looking for a proactive and motivated person to coordinate our project on the BME attainment gap. You’ll look at the experiences of BME students at Goldsmiths and deliver a programme of interventions for the students’ union, which will allow us to improve the experience of BME students on campus.

This role is full-time for six months from commencement.

Commercial Events Coordinator

We’re looking for someone to join our Commercial Team, leading on designing and developing the events offering in our bar, venue and cafe. You'll ensure that students attending our events have a great experience, and help us to generate income to support other student activities and services.

This role is a fixed term contract until 31 July 2019
