During Women's History Month we partnered with TOTM to hold an online Q&A with Sophie Richards, women's health advocate and creator of @theendospectrum blog.
Sophie was diagnosed with endometriosis at the age of 21 and thus launched her social media @theendospectrum on instagram and tiktok to share her journey and provide useful tips for others. Having suffered with endometriosis at university, she is passionate about delivering education and awareness to students.
