We're still recruiting for Department Reps for the 2018/19 academic year - and it could be you. Reps represent students in their department, undertake research into various aspects of student and academic life, and give feedback to the highest levels of College management, bringing about change that will impact thousands of students.
We're currently looking for undergraduate Department Reps in Design, Education, ICCE, STACS, and Visual Cultures, and Accessibility and Inclusion Reps in History, Psychology, STACS, Theatre and Performance, and Visual Cultures. Recruitment for all postgraduate roles remains open until the new academic year.
We are looking for passionate students who are effective communicators, have strong organisational skills, and are interested in producing research to highlight student opinion on a range of matters. You will need to be an enrolled Goldsmiths student during the next academic year.

- The opportunity to improve your skills in a range of areas, including researching student opinion, writing reports, public speaking and the art of persuasion. These will all be recognised on your Higher Education Achievement Report (HEAR).
- The chance to meet directly with Heads of Department, College managers and decision makers in order to push for changes to improve the student experience.
If appointed, your term will begin in September 2018 and last for one year. We have a few posts for each academic department at undergraduate and postgraduate taught and research levels, as well as a Rep specialising in Accessibility and Inclusion in each department. You will only need to commit on average to one or two hours a week, which varies and is very flexible according to your schedule.
