2021/22 PGT Transcripts Delays

The College now confirms a further delay to the printing and posting of transcripts for some PGT students from the 2021/22 cohort.

Official Transcripts Delayed Further for 2021/22 Postgraduate Taught (PGT) Students

The College now confirms a further delay to the printing and posting of transcripts for some PGT students from the 2021/22 cohort. This is in addition to an initial delay in December last year to early January this year to avoid the postal strikes taking place at the time.

The College has issued approximately 900 transcripts and an additional 200 have been printed and are currently being posted. There are still around 1000 transcripts yet to be printed and posted. According to the College, the further delay has been caused by supplier issues in delivering the official transcript paper (now due to be delivered this week), and College staffing issues to print the transcripts.

The College has reportedly sent a message to all affected PGT students in this cohort to apologise for this delay, explain the reasons for it and to provide a Confirmation of Award letter (which can be used in lieu of the transcript).

The College expects to have completed this no later than 13 March 2023.

If any affected PGT students did not receive this message from the College and are still yet to receive their official transcripts, please contact the School Hub via these steps:

1. Log into MyGoldsmiths and download your unofficial transcript and HEAR report

2. Fill in the Student Enquiry Form here, and attach your downloaded unofficial transcript and HEAR report: https://forms.office.com/pages/responsepage.aspx?id=Px9DDcEgHEaVikaynU4CG2RID-OIXIdNoK_xCX3ONExUOENYM1RRUFJPU1lQNFVWT01CRjRONUVRVy4u

3. Request for: an official stamped transcript, stamped HEAR, and a Confirmation of Award letter

4. In the event you do not receive a response, you can follow up with the school hub here: https://www.gold.ac.uk/students/school-hubs/
