Dealing with academic challenges can feel really overwhelming, especially when it comes to grades and assessments. It’s important that you feel supported and kept in the loop. You might be struggling with issues like being marked absent incorrectly, unexpected Pass/Fail results, or long delays in getting your grades. These problems can really impact your current grades and even your future opportunities, like visa applications.
To help tackle these issues, we’ve created a form for students to report specific problems they’re facing with assessments. This form is all about gathering important info on things like:
- Being wrongly marked as absent or having missing submissions
- Errors in marking (like those unexpected Pass/Fail results)
- Issues with alternative marking arrangements
- Long waits for results due to things outside your control, especially if they affect your academic timeline
