In honour of Mental Health Awareness Week, the History Society are hosting a 'Coping with the Pandemic' workshop in collaboration with ReThink. It will be held on Wednesday 12th May at 1pm.
It's quite a fun session and incredibly interactive, so if you want to talk in a safe environment about your thoughts and feelings of the past year and our collective future, come along! During the workshop, you'll be given the space to explore and process this past year and how the pandemic has affected different aspects of our lives and wellbeing. You will also spend time focussing on new strategies to help us to stay in the present moment, and finally explore through discussion, the anxieties and uncertainties about the future and what life will look like.
You can get your free ticket via this Eventbrite link, but there are only 10 spaces, so get in there quick!
