Yoga and Movement Session

Yoga and Movement Session

Thu 17 May 2018 16:00-17:00 - SU Venue

Yoga is an ancient Indian discipline that relies on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing. Learn from yoga instructors how we can use and manipulate our bodies and minds to reduce stress, anxiety and tension, while promoting relaxation and calmness.

No previous yoga experience is necessary. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one, and wear suitable clothes for bending and stretching.

This event is part of Be Well Do Well, our campaign to help you throughout term three, encouraging you to take a well earned break from your books and study to relax, unwind, eat well, and go back to your work with a fresh attitude. Find the whole programme throughout April and May at
