With exams and dissertation deadlines looming, we realise how stressful term three can be. We all know how important it is to eat well, sleep well and rest up for effective study, so we're helping you to put this into action throughout the exam period.
Be Well Do Well Events
Throughout the third term, we're encouraging you to take a well earned break away from your books and study to relax, unwind, eat well, and go back to your work with a fresh attitude. We're offering a series of completely free sessions, including food, films and fitness, and we'll be bringing you advice and support to help throughout the exam period.
