Welcome to Goldsmiths Fibre Arts Society! Our society is a space for students interested in fibre arts to be creative in a fun, social, and relaxed environment. Everyone is welcome :)
Socials
We meet every week for a social. These are relaxed meets where anyone can bring a creative project of any kind (crochet, knitting, sewing, felting, lace making, embroidery, etc) and meet other fibre artists. Even if you've never done any fibre arts before, you're welcome to come along and chat and we can help you with getting started!
Workshops
We plan on doing some craft supply swaps and workshops that will be spaces for people to learn new skills. We will be teaching a different craft each time and all materials will be provided. Keep an eye on our socials for when they are announced!
We're open to suggestions and hope to make things as accessible as possible, so let us know any ideas you have :)
