Students who purchase a term package will be granted access to our club’s membership and WhatsApp group chat. This will get you access to our socials, some free classes, special workshops and events we run! :)

Benefits:

  • Access to our club’s social events (min. 2 socials per term).
  • Access to our special workshops, which include guest instructors.
  • Insurance cover during our classes.

What to wear/bring?

You need to wear shorts and a sports bra or top to allow enough skin to grip the pole. Our skin is what keeps us in the air! Leggings won't allow much grip, so try to wear shorts.

Bring a towel or microfibre cloth to occasionally wipe the pole, and water bottle.

DO NOT moisturise 24 hours before pole sessions! You can bring your own pole grip/chalk if you wish.

For choreography, you can wear pole heels or be barefoot/in socks. We highly advise to cover your knees either with kneepads or long socks or leggings.

Feel free to email us with any questions or queries at poledancefitnessclub@goldsmithssu.org or DM us on Instagram, @goldpoledance :)
