What is Give it a Go?

Give it a Go is an exciting programme of events for students who want to try a new hobby without long term commitment to a membership.

The sessions run during the Welcome period and are organised by student groups. This is your chance to attend taster sessions with some of our best clubs and societies to see what they’re really like without having to pay the membership fee to join.

Perfect for students looking to expand their horizons and get the most out of their university experience.

All you need to do is find an event you’re interested in and book your place. You will also need to complete a short liability form.
