Join the Goldsmiths Debating Society from 4pm-6pm on Tuesday the 26th of January for "Speaking with Confidence: Give it a go with the Debating Society". At this fun and interactive online workshop, you'll get the chance to take part in a variety of engaging group activities and games designed to help you find your voice and practice thinking on your feet. The event will also feature a showcase debate between top debaters, for your entertainment and to give you the chance to see what the Debating Society can help you build up to.

Maybe you're looking to be the next world debating champion. Or maybe you're looking to develop your confidence, public speaking, critical thinking and communication skills. Or maybe you're just looking to make some new friends. Whatever you're looking for, Goldsmiths Debating Society believes that every voice matters and hopes to be able to offer everyone something to interest them at this introductory workshop.
