Empowered students. Diverse events. Real representation.
I am a third-year student and current President of the Ukrainian Society, with strong experience in organising events, leading teams, and managing communications. I am standing to expand the diversity of student activities and make it easier for students to create their own events, campaigns, and initiatives with clear support and guidance from the Union.
As President of the Ukrainian Society, I have organised cultural events, awareness campaigns, and collaborative activities, while managing communication and social media. Through this experience, I have seen how many students have ideas but feel unsure where to start or how to turn those ideas into reality.
If elected, I will focus on making student-led initiatives easier to start and better supported. That means clearer processes, practical guidance, regular communication with society and sports leaders, and strong promotion of diverse events across campus.
Beyond activities, this role is about representation and accountability. I will actively attend Student Forum, Trustee Board meetings, and university committees to ensure student voices are clearly represented in decision-making spaces. I will regularly gather feedback and campaign on issues affecting student activities at local and national levels.
Student life should not feel limited to a small number of formats. It should be dynamic, diverse, and shaped by students themselves. My goal is to remove barriers and actively encourage new ideas across campus.
