Trustee Board

The Trustee board meets regularly to oversee the running of the Union's operations, ensuring it remains financially sustainable, healthy and acting within the law. It is the place which has responsibility for ensuring the Union acts within the rules set by the Charity Commission and the 1994 Education Act.

Our Trustee Board is made up of the four elected Sabbatical Officers, up to four elected students, and up to four appointed individuals who are not current students at Goldsmiths. 

Minutes are published with confidential information redacted. Minutes from meetings before 28 April 2021 won’t be published because they do not meet new accessibility restrictions. However, they are available on request. Non-confidential meeting agendas and documents are also available on request.
