Be Well Do Well: Pet Therapy

Studies show that spending even a small amount of time with a pet can reduce stress levels. So come and meet a new furry friend, try some pet therapy and go back to work feeling revived!

We've enlisted the help of Mila the Labradoodle (she's a cutie, right) to help you to escape the Library for a little while and come for some puppy cuddles.
