Interested in filmmaking and want to hone your skills? Then join Goldreel for an afternoon of interactive filmmaking all shot and edited on the humble mobile phone.

Goldreel and the Acting and Filmmaking Society, will introduce themselves and screen the films they’ve made previously. After this, in small groups you will be given a series of prompts and be asked to devise and film a short film on your phones, running between one and two minutes.

There will be plenty of help and support on hand so don't worry if this is your first time filming! You’ll be snapping that clapperboard in no time.

Goldreel won Goldsmiths SU Society of the Year Award in 2017, and the committee will be around all afternoon to chat and answer questions.
