#FeelingMyselfCare Workshop

Fri 11 May 2018 14:00-18:00 - Liberation Room, SU Ground Floor

Facilitated by newly elected NUS Women’s Officer for 2018/19, Sarah Lasoye, this workshop creates a safe space for women and non-binary students to come together to navigate the complicated world of self care. You’ll leave the workshop better equipped to navigate activist spaces, whilst being mindful and aware of your own physical and mental health.

2 - 3pm: women and non-binary students’ coffee hour.

3 - 4:30pm: session for ethnically black women and non-binary students to come together.

4:30 - 6pm: session for all women and non-binary students to come together.

This event is part of Be Well Do Well, our campaign to help you throughout term three, encouraging you to take a well earned break from your books and study to relax, unwind, eat well, and go back to your work with a fresh attitude. Find the whole programme throughout April and May at goldsmithssu.org/bewelldowell.
