Every class is suitable for all levels, feel free to message us on Instagram if you are unsure where to go for a class. Follow us on instagram (@goldsmithsyoga) to stay informed.
Not only do we want to create a welcoming community within Goldsmiths, but we also encourage members to become part of the wider yoga scene in South East London.
We'll be organising yoga workshops, retreats, and special events throughout the year exclusively for society members.
All classes and memberships can be bought through the SU, using your student login.
If you aren't yet a member, you will need to buy a £5 Yoga Society membership (only for your first class), and also buy a single drop-in class pass for £5. Make a note of your class pass order number so the teacher can mark you off.
Once you have bought a membership, you can just buy the class pass online before you come to your session. Make a note of your order number and let the teacher know.
Class passes are valid for the whole academic year.
Please remember to buy a class pass online before you come to class.
What should I bring/wear?
Wear comfortable clothes that you can stretch in - leggings and a vest is perfect. You don't need to bring trainers, but the room can be a bit chilly, so bring socks and a long sleeved top to wear during warm up/down.
Buy your membership and class pass in advance, and have your class pass number ready to give to the teacher at the start of the lesson.
We provide mats and blankets, so you don't need to bring any equipment with you.
Feel free to message us at firstname.lastname@example.org (or Instagram - @goldsmithsyoga) if you are unsure where to go for the class, unsure of times or what to bring.
