Not only offering competitive football, Goldsmiths Men's Football is a great place to come and meet new people & be a part of the biggest sport on campus. Our competitive squads play matches against teams from various London universities (LUSL Saturdays) as well as travelling to universities around the UK (BUCS Wednesdays).
The 1st and 2nd squads train together on a Monday night with the 3rd team training on Mondays & Thursdays. The 1st and 2nd team are run by UEFA and FA qualified coaches and the 3rd team is student led. As a member of the competitive squads, you willl also get occasional access to Strength and Conditioning trainings from qualified personal trainers as well yoga, gym classess and a programme of social events.
We are a part of the GFC Hub and offer a range of extra responsibilites and opportunties to our members. This includes leadership programmes, community opportunties, annual tour, media interns, funded coaching courses, opportunties for paid work and much, much more.
