I am the third year DSC for Psychology. Originally from Sweden I have now lived in London for 6 years and have had 4 “gap years” until I started at Goldsmiths. With a big department like psychology there are a lot of things we do really well but also a lot of things we can do better. As a DSC I want to gather ideas and suggestion from all the student in the department to ensure we together try to make the Goldsmiths Psychology Degree one of the best student experiences you can have!

My name is Nathan Shreeve-Smith and am currently in my 3rd year reading Sociology i held the position of DSC last year and have made progress in building a strong relationship between the students and the department. This has included better advistment of office hours, cheaper reader packs to name but a few. As your Visual Cultures Departmental Student Coordinator (UG), I am excited to be involved in discussions and decisions relating to OUR student experience. I would like to gain awareness on issues we as students are affected by. This will enable me to represent our Voice in the Department, Students Union and Goldsmiths! Prior to Goldsmiths, I was a student at the Architectural Association School of Architecture and Chelsea College of Art & Design in London. Born and brought up in India, I attended The Valley School, founded by philosopher J.Krishnamurti in Bangalore and Abacus Montessori School in sunny Chennai/Madras.
