Last Friday, the election period drew to an end with a fantastic evening of celebrations and the announcement of the 2014 election winners.
Last Friday, the election period drew to an end with a fantastic evening of celebrations and the announcement of the 2014 election winners. There was an exceptional turnout for this year, with 22 per cent of the student population having cast votes.
After several rounds of voting for many of the positions, we are pleased to announce the 2014/15 full-time officer team: Howard Littler as Union President, Shay Olupona as our brand new position Campaigns & Activities Officer, Bahar Mustafa as Welfare & Diversity Officer and Sarah El-afy as Education Officer.
