If elected Student Trustee, I will work to ensure that the Trustee Board, which is the senior most decision making body within the Union structure, is transparent, visible, and at a point where students know who and what the board is. 

With all that has happened this past year in the SU, we need a strong, inclusive Trustee Board that ensures: 

• ?Accountability:  Although our officers are elected by the students and for the students, does not mean that they should not be held accountable for whatever actions they take, good or bad.  It is accountability that shows the student union as a strong, united entity that will not overlook our ethical and moral responsiblities.

•  Transparency: Students need to know how and why decisions are made so that they may have the confidence and trust that they are being represented properly

• Financial Integrity: We need a structured finance team that ensures viability, sustainability, and transparency with students for our endeavours rely on the proper usage of SU funds. If we fail that task, any and all improvements will cease to exist.

• Communication:  If the student union intends on ensuring the students that we are representing them correctly, then we must be clear and concise with our communication, and constanly updating the students on current affairs.
