This was the first league game after promotion last year and it had a thrilling finish with centre-back Joseph Forde fired into the top corner from all of 30 yards in the last minute. This was after a defensive error gave LSE a undeserved lead at half time. Despite their domination, Goldsmiths were unable to make it count, and the game finished one a piece. 3rds have brought in a lot of freshers this year but looking to jump-start their season next week.
