Louise Katrine To all members of the Christian Union

I am studying Fine Art and I’m desperately looking for someone to help me realize an artwork.

I recently had an experience that really affected me: I was on my way home, on the bus. A young guy (around 20) starts preaching in a very fabling but also very engaging way. I’m not a Christian myself, but his passionate way of speaking really made an impact on me. I am very interested in re-staging the event in order to make a video. It’s only going to be around 3 minutes long and will be a person preaching on the bus.

I’ve considered using actors, but I realized that what struck a chord with me about the event was the guy’s passion about what he was preaching. I would rather have someone who genuinely believes in it to appear in the video as I think it would give the work another purity and vulnerability that it might not have if I used an actual actor.

Therefore I’m looking for a young person (male or female) who is confident about speaking publicly and know how to do so with pathos.

I will pay you a £40 honorarium for appearing in the video.
